Oboy! What a weekend! Jacy made it on Varsity again for her girls high school soccer team. She is also one of three team varsity captains. Her life is insane! So, of course my life is insane also! Trying to help her with her insane life! The soccer team had a sleepover at Cascade Park on Fri. & Sat. This is a tradition, but this year because I am a captains moM - I help with all preparation & help during the campout. It was so much fun. These girls are so motivated & driven. They LOVE soccer & everything & anything to do with soccer. They run, condition, lift weights, drills, etc. for hours on end all summer & then when their mandatory practices start they do all of the above twice a day until school starts. This campout is for team building! They play games, run, practice some more, skits, eat, & eat some more. The other captains parents are so organized & are amazing! I just have to help a little bit, - these women are amazing! A huge thanks to Julie R. for taking the boys & letting them play at her swimming pool ALL DAY - so I could help at the campout! Usually on Sunday afternoons I CRASH! The soccer season has started and the girls are at one win & one tie. Life is very busy - & crazy but we LOVE it! Now, just a few more team dinners, etc. !!! Whew!
