Every time we vacation with the Jones family I am exhausted! We have had another amazing time in Yellowstone. A huge thank you to g & g Jones for the last twenty years of Yellowstone memories!!!! Hikes, ice cream cones, bear and wolf watching, early morning drives, laughter, games, barbecues in the park, cabins, ranger shows, the old faithful inn, public showers, cousin bonding, walkie talkies, possible pull overs, more laughter till we are crying and cannot breath!! Beautiful sunrises and sunsets! Waterfalls, grandma souvenir money, adorable beavers, grand canyons, take your breath away scenic views, bison traffic jams! Such wonderful, cherished memories. We love Yellowstone and are so thankful and blessed to have these memories that will last forever!!! Happy travels!

baseball!! it is my life
Sitting here at baseball. Bottom of the 4th inning. Rock and Fire!! Rock and fire!! lol! This is my life and I LOVE it! I wonder how the years passed so quickly with my daughters, I loved and cherished each soccer game, golf tournament, formal dances, parties at the house, sleepovers, etc! Yes sometimes I would take a snooze behind my sun glasses during soccer games. But with each passing year, I have tried to support my kids in every activity they participated in, volunteered countless hours at school PTA functions etc etc etc! i have loved it all! And i cannot wait for the next countless years of marriages, missions, grandbabies. It is what I do and I love it!

a little bit of golf
So, golf, golf, golf. We have spent the last three days at the golf course. It has been awesome! We are trying to get Trent ready for hs golf. He is out driving Steve and then his short game needs a lot of work. I'm sitting here at hole 7. It is another beautiful day, close to ninety degrees - we had an early tee time because of the heat. There are lots of benefits of golf - first the boys are exhausted and sleep sleep sleep! Yah! Next the weather has been perfect! Third, I have my trusty pedometer on and easily walk 10000 steps each day. Finally over the weight hump I have been stuck on and feel great! Steve has lost another ten pounds and looks HOT! lol!
Trevor has had baseball every night and last night he was able to have batting practice in a fantastic private hitting cage! Trent was able to finally buy some smokin golf shoes with his summer job - lawn mowing job. He was so excited to get some shoes. And finally, Gayla posted some cute pictures on the blog. Thanks Gayla. They will look great in the book! We are excited to see everyone in a couple of days! happy summer!

baseball and father's day.
Another insane weekend. four baseball games in beautiful Ellensburg, WA. The weather was so nice, but windy windy windy. Steve was at work all weekend so we celebrated today. Five hours of golf, three hours of baseball practice, pizza, and some Netflix movies. I'd say - what a great day!!! Happy Father's Day to an amazing dad and husband. Steve has the next couple of days off, then works two days and then has until July 5th off. wow! we are excited for another fun filled vacation. Lots to get done before vacation time. Hope summer is finding you all having a blast!!!

Graduation! Class of 2011
We had the most fantastic weekend. I'm exhausted. Jacy had a really great graduation ceremony, the weather was perfect and all of the graduation parties were super fun. We squeezed in four baseball games between all of the graduation craziness! Cannot believe how insane everything was, but we did it. We had a barbecue for Jacy and all her friends. Also went to "cheesers" graduation party. I forgot about the rolls, messed up the home made pancake recipe and forget some sugar in the lemonade. Overload!!!! Jacy went to seven graduation parties on Saturday and then three more on Sunday. She also had her Senior frolic at the casino/bowling alley till 3 am on sat night. She won an adorable purse, i tunes gift card and some other gift cards at the frolic. I'm sitting here at baseball practice. my parents are relaxing at home after a wonderful whirlwind trip to Rome, Switzerland, England, etc. my dad had his wallet pick pocketed in Rome. A professional job with a set up girl. They got pictures and a signature of a St Louis NFL running back in the Vatican. And my my mom tripped over the dishwasher and slammed into me! Thankfully I was there to catch her or it would have been bad!!!! So thankful for family that traveled so many miles (over 8000 miles around Europe) to be here and support Jacy. We are very blessed to have so many wonderful people in our lives!!!!

shopping
Time just needs to stop! Right now. Jacy's sweet sister gave her some graduation money - so thoughtful! So Jacy went shopping! A huge thanks to cute, adorable Kelcey! One more week until graduation! Please stop moving ! Life is moving too fast! Found out from my close, beautiful friend that her brother was killed in a horrific car accident. Life is so short. enjoy and cherish every single second. He left 5 children and his first grandchild is to be born this Saturday, the day of his funeral. So. so so sad. I cried so hard with my friend. He was Steve's age. - count every blessing and fill every moment with love and laughter!! Going to go hug my husband!
