Just ANOTHER day at Wal Mart!

So - Steve texted me yesterday & said I needed to fax his immunization records to the store ASAP! I called him & said I didn't have that info. & what is going on in the store NOW!!!?!
WELL - another Wal Mart story! Are you ready! Some sicko person that has the measles came into the Wal Mart & used the telephone in the store. NOW over 250 associates that were working the two day period around when the sick person came into the store have to prove they were immunized or get a titer done (blood work to see if they are immune to measles) Steve was sick with the measles when he was young.
Soooooo, Steve is currently HOME (the store is knee deep in the remodel!) installing faucets in the kitchen & bathrooms. This afternoon he is going to start replacing all the door knobs in the house. I am so happy - Steve cannot go back to work until his test results come back. The State of UT, Gayla, & Steve have no records of Steve's immunizations. Gayla said that Steve's pediatrician is probably DEAD!
My honey-do list is a mile long!










I love days where the monotony (not that Steve's days are boring - EVER!) at work is messed up - in a good way that is!
Not good - for all the workers & shoppers that were exposed to the measles :( - but nice for a wife that is desperate for a few minutes of time with her husband :) ! LOVE IT!!!
Congrats to Trent for his 5th grade graduation! Another fantastic school year !!!

My friend Amy & I went to Wenachtee Wednesday! Shopped & ate lunch - missed you DEB!! My Fav. part of the day (besides the fun day of talking non-stop, shopping & eating!) - was the cute table & chairs I got at Pier 1. I have been looking around forever for a cute table & chairs for the back porch. The best part - it was all on clearance - plus 10% off! Not all of you will understand this addiction, but Amy & I were hyperventilating with the savings & good deal! Amy - I will go with you to Ross any day - anytime! Lisa
