Boys school work, June 2008

Had to show you this picture!!! It was at the golf course, I was laughing my head off - love the fake security camera's!!

Good thing we are not TRAVELING a lot this summer!!!
One of Trent's final projects. His amazing volcano! The girls helped him make homemade playdough & after that he did all the work molding & creating his volcano. Great job Trent!
Different angle.
Trent's class trip to the movie, "The Chronicles of Narnia, Prince Caspian." Trent & his nutty friend Adam.

Here are some of Trent's final projects - he took all these pictures to post. He did amazing & his teacher adores him. Great job Trent! We are so proud of you

Way to Go!
Here are some pictures of Trevor & his portfolio. His work is so much fun to look at.
Look at that broken arm! He was so proud of his cast.
Good JOB Trevor on another great year of school.
This is from Jacy's yearbook - in the first sentence her friend wrote that she always chooses the right - she is not LDS but has noticed Jacy's ring & made an adorable poem about it! Jacy is such a good example to her friends (they have to pay her a quarter each time they swear in front of her!). It is amazing how much my kids influence their friends.
This was the school Surf N Slide day - it was freezing! The boys were in sweatshirts the whole time! They loved it though!

The kids are still in school until next Wed. Today they have a barbecue for parents and an art day. On Monday is Trent's graduation from 5th grade - YES, he is going to Junior High next year - we are all very nervous about it! The girls finished one season of soccer & have now started summer tournaments with another team, CB United. Jacy finally got into driver's ed (huge waiting list - they don't have driver's ed in the HS - THE COST IS 360.00!!!!) & is taking some make up classes for the week she will be at girls camp. She is SOOOOOOO excited to go get her permit (next week!) & start driving! We are not excited! Just another kid to pay insurance for!!! The boys finished baseball this week! WHEW! We are taking them to a barbecue tomorrow afternoon with all the teams & then watch a ML Pirates game. I just want to curl up in the fetal position & take a long summer nap!
The YW girls camp (yes, I am the leader) car wash fundraiser is tomorrow & the HS girls soccer car wash is next Sat. Again, what day is it? Where am I? How do you say NO? Fun times, but a vacation is calling my name! Cannot wait to see everyone in Sun Valley & RELAX by the pool! Take long relaxing hikes! & SLEEP! Lisa

Good job Trent & Trevor, for another successful school year..Are you ready for Grandma & Grandpa Jones to spend a week with you? Get the games out........and the mac & cheese. Grandpa doesn't like mac & cheese. He can have toast & peaches.
And Jacy, that was a great message in your yearbook from your friend. Setting a good example always pays off. Howdy Kelcey..How was your school year? Love, Grandma Jones
