Jumping Around! Pacific Science Cntr, Seattle

What a FuN Place! During the school year I volunteered at the elementary school & was able to receive free tickets to the Pacific Science Center. We were picking Jacy up in Seattle at the bus station late Sunday evening so we decided to hang out! WHAT a FUn Day we had. There are experiments all over! Five huge buildings full of water, dirt, space, tools, & on & On experiments! The BOyS LOVED LOVED LOVED it! My favorite was the butterfly room! Trent loved the crane & space section! Trevor's was also the crane that picked up the balls! I KNOW my physics dad would have LOVEd this place. Whenever I visited my dad's office at USu Physics building - he had so many cool things to play with and experiment with. Reminded me of my dad's office! FUN!

THE CRANE

Distorted pictures - another favorite of both boys!

The Space Needle.

A HUGE beehive! The bees were all smashed between glass & then they were able to fly outside through a tube.

During the Blast Stuff Up show.

The boys were able to shoot water at these contraptions & this unit spun really fast - but when I took a picture of it - this is what it looked like!
Butterflies were landing on our heads & shoulders!

a display of of the butterflies in their cocoons. Very Cool!

Trent - don't land on me!

Trevor! Ever!!

The flowers & vegetation in the butterfly room - simply amazing!

hanging out in a space craft
the dinosaur exhibit

trying to get the wheel to move & taking water up & around the wheel.

A sound traveling unit!
We made our way over to the bus station & visited Pikes Market, ate at Cheesecake Factory (yum!!!) & went shopping downtown Seattle! So many FUN GREAT stores! American Apparel, Nike, etc. ahhhhh!

Duck Tours!

HA HA! Trent spotted this hair & then the guy! So funny!

We LOVE visiting Seattle in the summer. It was in the mid 70's. Our next trip over we are going to visit Victoria's Island & take a ferry there. The boys are excited for some more adventures in Seattle. Steve & I also got some tickets to the Seattle Seahawks game. FUN!

There are flower boxes & hanging flowers everywhere! So beautiful.

We were hoping to go to a Mariners game, but they were out of town for the weekend.

China town.
We picked up Jacy & little Amanda & talked and talked & talked all of the way home about her trip! Pictures to come! She had an amazing time & her host family spoiled her rotten!! So many cute gifts & so many wonderful memories!
Ok - now I am slowly getting caught up - Yellowstone, Park City, Utah, Kayci's baptism, Seattle. Up next Pullman & the motocross races that were held Sat.
Beautiful sunset over a beautiful city!
