bread & soccer

YUM! Made some homemade bread - it was sooooo good. Cannot believe how yummy it is!
We have been swamped. Yuhei Suzuki flies into town tomorrow & we are almost ready for him. Cleaned the cars, bathrooms, bedrooms, bought him some American Eagle, Hollister & Suzuki t-shirts. (We really think he will like Suzuki & ROCKSTAR on his shirt!) The exchange group has a huge amount of fun & educational activities planned. The Wind Mill Farm, dairy, corn & potato plants, boating, barbecues, Wal Mart, Colee Damn, etc. tours. Farmer's market, rides at the fair, demolition derby, soccer practices, high school registration & tour, etc. The group leaves at the end of next week & then Thurs. & Fri. Steve & I will be in Seattle & then every weekend after that until into Nov. will be soccer, soccer, soccer. The cascade Park sleepover, Post Falls, Idaho game & then Silverwood (with the soccer team - it is like a Lagoon). Spaghetti Fest, High school Football games, Trevor's basketball, etc. We LOVE it! It should be a fantastic senior year for Jacy (we will be getting her senior pictures taken this weekend & try to get some more shots throughout the Fall into the Winter). It is just blowing me away that Jacy will be done with school in Jan. Just a seminary class & then working for college. Then, only TWO boys will be living in our home! WOW! So nice. I love my kids, but also LOVE when they strike out on their own. Kelcey is doing so well in college. She was made manager at Dominoes & is really enjoying her work (yes, she is working a LOT of double shifts during her 7 week break). She also is trying to sell some of her amazing photo's at a boutique in Rexburg. We are so proud of her! She has also been dating some really CUTE boys! Super Good job Kelcey!!!
The boys love hanging out with their friends at Matthew's & Ryan's pool & I love the quiet house while they are at their friends house!
We LOVE living in a school district where the kids are able to request their school teachers & their pods. LOVE it! Makes life so much nicer! Trent got into his POD he requested for Junior High & Trevor got his teacher from last year (that he LOVED). She is moving up to 5th grade this year. We are excited! Finished school shopping yesterday (whew!) & the boys & Jacy are excited for school to start. But, we are also excited for the next couple of weeks of FUN FUN FUN! We sure love not having to start school in the middle of Aug.! Makes it into a really fun summer! Well, we are off again. Hope you all are having a fantastic day & week!!

Now, Steve is challenging me to make whole wheat bread - hmmmmm!
