Had a super fun time on memorial day. We all hung out, went fishing, swam at the pool & played Yard games. There was not fighting during the yard games, but a little bit of wrestling! Okay, a lot of wrestling. The boys LOVE to wrestle with anyone they can tackle. Poor Jacy!

Okay, this was crazy! We went to the creek at the end of our street & saw a TON of carp (YUCKY!) just all over the creek. They are so GROSS! Anyway, I told Jacy if she were to catch a carp & toss it up on the shore I would pay her a hundred dollars! She took me up on the offer & went down into the creek to try to catch a fish. The fish she is holding is NOT one she caught. It was on the shore and was slowly dying. Ughh!!! I couldn't believe she even picked up the beast! She didn't catch one, but we sure had fun watching her trying to get a carp!

The girls went with Chris on Mon. afternoon to spear some more carp. Chris killed two more & Jacy has a picture of Chris with the carp on his spear! Ughh!! Yuck!!!

What a crazy whirlwind weekend. Now -I am sick!!! Sinus infection!! Not fun! We missed being with extended family & visiting the graves. We are also very excited to see everyone in a couple of weeks!!!!!

Sounds like you're having some beautiful weather! I miss the old Surf N Slide. There's not really anywhere to swim over here, SAD!. My kids don't get out until the 19 of June. Kinda nice though.
Wow! We are going to have to take the boys down there and see if they can see any fish. They would LOVE that! I meant to tell you on Sunday, I saw all your Hawaii pictures and loved them all, it looks like you guys had a lot of fun. I have just been slacking on the comment department with blogging and blogging in general since we have been so busy! Has Kelcey decided on a school yet? Catch ya later!
