New years day

bowling & sledding

doesn't get much better! Of course steve dragged us all into wal mart to do a little grocery shopping (he got an extra 10 percent off grocery side of the store so we had to STOCK up before his discount expired on sunday). We got some saucers (at Big 5 - where they were cheaper, plus wal mart was out of saucers). And, of course tubes wouldn't have work (& I wouldn't let steve bring out the 75 dollar tube he bought last year. Okay - it is an awesome tube that fits three people, but really - it would have popped!)

Jacy pulled the boys around on the saucer while steve & josh raced each other around the track, much laughter, catching air & pretty much acting like little boys on Christmas morning. Katie & I walked the dogs, took pictures & froze our fingers off trying to get pictures!

That evening we just hung out - played our new favorite board game - Ticket To Ride & ate goodies.

We had a WONDERFUl New Years!

The boys were sore the next day from their crashes - but had a blast
Which is good - all of the snow is gone now. It has been raining & raining. Today is the first sunny day in a while & there are huge puddles everywhere. The snow does not last long up here in the hole!

I cannot even express how much Steve loves these pictures of all of his AIR he gets on the jumps. He is one proud daddy!
