bb, soccer banquet & MLS Real Salt Lake

Had a WONDERFUL time at the MLS soccer game.

It was Salt Lake Real vs LA Galaxy

&

Salt Lake Real won!

In a double overtime - double shootout!

It was AMAZING!

Jacy died & went to heaven - she LOVED the game & all the activities & free t-shirts, signatures of famous soccer players, etc. etc.

I LOVED going to the Container Store! My fav. store

& World Market! AHH! A little shopping!

We also had a CRAZY trip over the Cascade Mtn pass!

Snowqualmie pass!

Ugh!

6 cars were off into the snowbanks & one suburban spun out of control

RIGHT IN FRONT OF US!

We had to stop at the top of the mtn at the ski resort to

GO TO THE BATHROOM!

I just was VERY nervous!

Steve was passing people left & right (he LOVES driving in the snow!)

good thing we didn't bring the Volvo

smaller suv's were spinning out in all the snow

The KIDS love it when steve drives like a madman

I usually have to go to the bathroom when steve drives like a madman! the SALT LAKE REAL fans were so much fun to watch

There was a HUGE parade of them beating their drums, chanting & blowing their horns

Drew Carey was in the lead (he owns the Seattle Sounders mls soccer team)

It was CRAzY!!!

& when the winning goal was shot

CRAZY fans got even crazier!

FUN!!!!!

over 46000 fans watching a soccer game

it was amazingly amazing!

Real really played their hearts out & dominated the 2nd half & the 2 overtimes

These guys are AMAZING!

Another wonderful memory!

Fun times!

Smiles all around!

But, we sure are tired!

But, it was WORTH it!

Wish my soccer fanatic sister & brother-in-law could have made it

but, we texted & texted all night!

But, we were so grateful that the rain STOPPED!

Jacy had her soccer banquet last week & was voted as one of three captains for next years varsity hs soccer team!

CONGRATS Jacy!

She also lettered again, got her academic pin & did not miss

one practice!

We are so proud of you Jacy & all of your accomplishments!

LOVE YOU! Jacy is going to MISS Baylie so much. Baylie is the goalie & Jacy LOVES hanging out with Baylie, laughing with her & teasing her. Good luck Baylie on your softball career & college!

Trent's first bb game on the junior high team also was last week

he did SUPER

Arms up in defense, hustling, stealing the ball,

played a great game

& his 6:30 a.m. practice haven't been to bad after all! HAPPY THANKSGIVING!
